Contracted Parties

All agreements are between you the supplier and E WEDDINGS LTD – E Weddings.co.uk is a trading name owned and run by Love Wedding Media Ltd.

Hereafter Love Wedding Media Trading as e Weddings will be referred to as e Weddings.

User Agreement

These terms apply to all users of this website. If you do not accept these terms then you should immediately stop using this website. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

Advertisers

This agreement shall constitute a contract when agreed to by the customer and accepted by E Weddings.co.uk to place advertising in the E Weddings.co.uk website.

No agreement or understanding not specified herein will not be binding on either party.

Advert Content

E Weddings will assume no responsibility for the style of the artwork other than error in copy. Advertiser agrees to indemnify that all content is copyright free or that of the advertiser.

Fees

Booking fees are payable when you have a confirmed booking to each supplier in their invoice, full details can be requested via email or texting "fees" and your supplier type to 077814 80188.

Payment of booking fees is due within 14 days of the invoice date from E Weddings.

Payments are per booking on any customer introduced via e weddings or any sister companies.

Set Up Fee

A one off set up fee is payable upon agreement. The set up fee is a one off payment and is non refundable and subject to our terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

All payments are to be made via Credit, Debit or Switch payments

Cancellation Policy

No monies will be refunded once a wedding supplier has agreed to be included on E Weddings.co.uk, should a company wish be removed from E Weddings no refund or compensation will be offered unless the website does not launch

Cheque Payments

We do not accept cheques

Late Payment Charges

In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act we will recover reasonable debt recovery costs and Statutory Interest for overdue payments. In the event of non-payment for any undisclosed reason, after 14 days of web time, the web advertising will be deactivated from the internet and the entire amount of the unpaid balance shall immediately become due and payable..

A fee of £95.00 + VAT will be levied against all accounts that are overdue, this is to cover our time and effort in recovering all monies.

An overdue account is any account that runs over the payment terms as laid out in our terms and conditions.

Any account / company that break our terms and conditions will lose any special offers and discounts that were originally offered and the deal will revert back to the rate chart.

Refunds
Any company that has been offered a contract where the fee is returnable should terms not be met have 4 weeks from the end of the contract to claim the refund and must provide proof that the package was offered.

When you enter a contest or other promotional offer, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so that we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We may also use the information we collect occasionally to notify you about new E Weddings services, features and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

The information that you give and that we obtain through you using this website may be used by this company and by other companies within the Love Wedding Media Group for purposes such as marketing and promotions. We will not under any circumstances give, sell or offer any details, stats or personal information of any of our advertisers.
