How do I use the search facility?
By typing in your wedding date, postcode and budget the website will let you know which suppliers are available on that date in order of those closest to you and within your budget. You can then sort alphabetically, by distance, cost or brides rating.
How do I contact/make an appointment with a wedding supplier?
Simple, the choice is up to you. Once you have found your preferred supplier, you can either e-mail to book an appointment or request a callback. The supplier will then either text or call you to confirm.
How do I keep a shortlist of suppliers I like the look of?
The last 10 suppliers you have clicked through to see their page, will be saved under Recently Viewed and you can go into this page at any time.
Where are details of my booked suppliers kept?
As soon as you have booked an appointment or requested a callback, the suppliers details will be kept under My Bookings for you to view at any time.
How do I redeem my free wedding insurance?
Once we have more than 2 confirmed bookings from you through the website, we will contact you with details of your insurance.
What if there’s a category of supplier I can’t find?
eWeddings is a new website and we are constantly adding to the suppliers so hopefully this won’t be the case.
How do I enter competitions?
Every time you book a supplier your details are automatically entered to the current competitions.
How do I leave feedback for a wedding supplier?
It’s very easy and only takes a minute. Just click on Customer Services, Leave Feedback and type in customer’s details. Doing this you are helping other brides and grooms to be in their decisions for their big day which is most appreciated!
